Recommended daily dosage: Start with ½-1 scoop per day for the first 7 days so that the body can gradually get used to the Intestinal Formula. After 1 week, 2x 1 scoop per day spread over the day (lunch & dinner). After the dose response has been achieved, you can reduce to ½-1 level scoop per day. Preferably take the Intestinal Formula during or immediately after a meal in a smoothie, yogurt or other liquid. Intestinal Formula contains no flavorings, flavor the Intestinal Formula yourself with natural flavorings such as honey. Do not exceed the dosage. Drink enough water to support body processes.
