Composition per vegetarian capsule:

• Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root 300 mg

Recommended dosage: (unless otherwise prescribed) 2-3 times daily 2-4 capsules per day or 30 minutes before going to sleep. Take during the meal with water or another liquid. Do not exceed dose.
