Ingredients: Gamma-aminobutyric acid; (Hydroxymethylcellulose).

Composition per vegetarian capsule (daily dose):

Gamma Aminobutyric Acid (GABA) 400 mg.

Recommended dosage: (unless otherwise prescribed) take 1 capsule per day during the meal with water or another liquid. Do not exceed dosage.
