Ingredients: 5-hydroxytryptophan, Filler (Rice Flour), Capsule Shell; (Hydroxymethylcellulose).

Composition per vegetarian capsule:

• 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) (Griffonia simplicifolia extract) - 100 mg

Recommended dosage: (Unless otherwise prescribed) 1 capsule per day, preferably on an empty stomach, 30 to 60 minutes before going to sleep. Do not exceed dose.
